The main purpose of this market is the promotion of market gardening, the sale of vegetables produced by market gardeners trained in improved production techniques.
Indeed, the market gardening technique proposed by the APEFE makes it possible to produce in all seasons, at a relatively low cost, fruit vegetables (such as tomatoes, etc.) and leafy vegetables.
